About The Community Foundation
The LifeSouth Community Foundation inspires the next generation of blood donors through education initiatives. We educate K-12 students about the science of blood and the community responsibility of donating and provide support to schools which host blood drives. The Foundation also awards scholarships to high school students who demonstrate outstanding advocacy for blood donation. We create the next Donation Generation!
The LifeSouth Community Foundation was created in 2011 to raise awareness about the need for blood donation in the communities we serve.
